- Isabel has been breathing on her own since 9:00 this morning and is stable. All Praise and Glory to her Father in Heaven!
- She was put on respiratory trials yesterday starting @ 4:45 pm where she was initiating her breathing and did great. Usually they only do this during the day and put them back on the respirator during the night so they can rest. Since Isabel was doing so well they kept her on.
- She continues to yawn periodically and Katie the night nurse said Isabel opened her eyes once.
- The nurse said it will take a couple more days for the sedation to wear off.
- The care here @ St. Clare Health Center is wonderful and a blessing to us.
- Thank you all for your continued prayers and support.
Prayers
- We would patiently continue our waiting for God's timing for Isabel's responsiveness and further recovery.
- We would meet the real needs of our other children.
Woohoo! I'm singing the doxology! And will continue to pray.
ReplyDeleteThanking God with you for her continued progress! I know how hard it is to have one child critically ill in the hospital and other children at home; momma-heart prayers going up for you! May you continue to enjoy God's blessings! Prayers & best wishes from the Missouri bootheel.
